The Falls Of Bruar and Edradour whisky tour
Still feeling ill, although better than the other day, we decided to try and make the most of our time in Perthshire. Today we went just up the road to Bruar, where there was amazing walk around the waterfalls there.
After about 20 min or so we heard lots of noise coming the valley below us. On closer inspection we saw it was a large group of people cannyoning. This was one of the activities we had planned, but due to me being ill we had to cancel. It looked really good fun as well.
Eventually we reached the top waterfall, and carried on a bit further through the woodland and onto open moorland. After a bit we turned back round as we were not on the beaten track.
On the way back down we came across some crazy Americans jumping off a very high ledge. One of them busted his nose some how.
After the walk we went to the Edradour Distillery, for a tour. Even though, I don't like whiskey
, I really enjoyed the tour. The woman taking us round was very funny and I actually learnt a thing or two.
In the evening we went to the Smiddy for a evening meal and the end to our amazing holiday. Although, still no alcohol for me as I was still not feeling great.
