Lenovo Yoga
Having a proper laptop allows you to use the internet much quicker and more efficiently than a Tablet. This is especially useful when booking multiple trips, sending emails etc etc. Trust me go for a laptop over a tablet, so much better. Besides your mobile phone can do everything a tablet can. I have recently upgraded my Laptop, to a Lenovo Yoga 2, 11.6 inch. This is a much better machine than the one mentioned below. I wont bother you with all the geeky stats.
Mobile Phone
I am currently using a Samsung S3 Mini, This is mainly due to the fact that my other phone broke while travelling. However, the next phone I will buy will have a good camera. Having a decent phone/camera combination allows you to have one less piece of kit to lug about with you. Also if you have a android/IPhone you can use all the free apps to send messages to people back home and new friends you meet.
