Final day on samui
Today we made the most of our final relaxing day before we head for the inevitable bangkok madness. All we did was laze around on the beach and work on the old tan, which is coming along nicely.
The cool bar, literally a shack on the beach.
After lazing around all day we head out for a meal at a local restaurant. During the meal a huge flying beetle crashed to the earth right next to us, this made claire and her mum scream. Claires dad decided he would try hand help the stranded beetle off its back. However it clung on to his shoe , he panicked and flicked it off his foot towards a couple having a meal on the next table.

after a couple of drinks at the cool bar myself and claire headed home at about 1 am.

I have a waterproof camera too - I read you should use a cotton tip ear thinky and smear a small amount of vaseline around the battery compartment seal...added layer of protection.
Trip looks good! Watch out for tsunamis!
